Watertown schools earn honors from College Board and U.S. News

Public schools in Watertown have been recognized for their academic achievements by the College Board AP School Honor Roll and U.S. News & World Report.

Watertown High School has received recognition for the seventh time as a U.S. News & World Report Best High School. It was also announced that WHS is among 5,061 public high schools nationwide to receive Advanced Placement (AP) Honor Roll recognition from the College Board.

Additionally, U.S. News & World Report awarded Webster Elementary School and Lincoln STEM Elementary School “Best Elementary School” badges for 2025, placing them among the top 40% of elementary schools in the state.

Congratulations were extended to all schools within the WUSD for their commitment to academic excellence.
