Badger High School and the Joint #1 Schools in Lake Geneva have announced plans for Homecoming Week, scheduled from September 29 to October 4, 2025. The week will feature themed dress-up days, athletic events, a parade, and a school dance.

At Badger High School, students are encouraged to participate in daily themes such as "Denim OverALL" on Monday, "Slipping Through the 70’s" on Tuesday, and "Color Wars" on Wednesday. Athletic competitions include PowderPuff Volleyball in the main gym on Monday evening and PowderPuff Football at the soccer stadium on Wednesday evening.

Thursday is set as "The Night is Young but the Music is Loud," where students can wear pajamas or senior togas. Friday’s theme is "Bucky’s Dancing Queen," focusing on school spirit with an assembly during the day. The annual parade will take place at 4:45 PM in downtown Lake Geneva, followed by a football game at 7:00 PM and fireworks. The week concludes with a dance Saturday night in the main gym.

The Joint #1 Schools—which include LGMS, Star Center, Eastview, and Central-Denison—will hold similar dress-up days throughout the week. Their schedule includes denim outfits on Monday and disco attire on Tuesday. Wednesday features Color Wars with each grade assigned a specific color. Thursday is designated as Comfy Day for pajamas or athletic clothes. On Friday, students are asked to show school spirit by wearing school gear or colors; they will also participate in the parade and attend the football game with fireworks afterward.

More information about dress-up days for Joint #1 Schools can be found through their online flyer.

Homecoming Week aims to bring together students from across Lake Geneva schools for activities that promote community involvement and school pride.
