The Delavan-Darien Boys Soccer team has secured a place in the WIAA State Tournament following a hard-fought 1-0 victory. The community is invited to join in celebrating and sending off the team on Thursday, November 7, 2024.
The send-off event will begin at 1:00 PM, starting from Delavan-Darien High School (DDHS) and traveling to Phoenix Middle School. The City of Delavan Police, including SRO Anderberg, will escort the team. Community members are encouraged to line up along Beloit Street between DDHS and Phoenix Middle School to show their support.
Tickets for the tournament are available online only and must be redeemed on a mobile device. Interested individuals can purchase tickets at https://gofan.co/event/1705709?schoolId=WIAA2.
Additionally, two spectator buses will be available for DDHS students on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 100 students.
