Darien Elementary School is set to host its annual Back-to-School Open House on Tuesday, August 27. The event aims to prepare students and families for the upcoming school year through a variety of activities and informational sessions.

Scheduled from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM, the open house will cater specifically to third and fourth-grade students and their families. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet their teachers, drop off school supplies, and connect with community organizations.

In addition, Darien Food Service will provide food samples, and families can receive September breakfast and lunch menus. The event also includes confirming end-of-day busing needs and participating in a scavenger hunt designed for fun engagement.

The school administration expressed enthusiasm about welcoming back the Darien community. "We’re excited to see all our Darien families as we get ready for an amazing school year," they stated.
