91 percent of applicants to Maranatha Baptist University were admitted for fall 2018

At Maranatha Baptist University, 92 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 55 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Watertown enrolled 1,035 students in fall 2018, including 780 in undergraduate and 255 in graduate programs, data shows. 4 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

22 percent of undergraduates are residents of Wisconsin, and 76 percent are residents of other states. 1 percent are citizens of foreign countries.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (84 percent) and Hispanic or Latino (4 percent).

The school admitted 91 percent of the 250 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 67 percent enrolled.
