Watertown Unified School District's Summer School program will commence on Tuesday, June 18, and continue through Thursday, July 18. An open house for all students enrolled in the summer school is scheduled for Monday, June 17, from 4-6 p.m. at Watertown High School, Riverside Middle School, and Lincoln Elementary School.

Watertown High School recently recognized its 2024 Badger State representatives. Aiden Miller, sponsored by the Watertown Rotary Club; Remington Kilps, sponsored by the American Legion Post 189; and Jackson Huebner, sponsored by the Watertown Lions Club, are attending Badger Boys State at UW-Eau Claire this week, June 9-15.

More than 60 Watertown High School students were presented with awards and scholarships totaling just over $600,000 on Monday, June 3. In addition to local awards, several students received financial aid packages from the universities they plan to attend, significantly increasing the total amount of support.

Watertown High School marching band plans trip to Ireland for St. Patrick's Day Parade
The Watertown High School Marching Band is set to travel to Dublin, Ireland, in 2026 to participate in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. In addition to this event, the band will compete in the Limerick Band Championship, Ireland’s sole international band competition. The itinerary includes visits to Galway, the Wicklow Mountains, and the Cliffs of Moher. Students will also engage with Irish culture through music, food, and dance during their stay.
