On Sunday, March 9, former East Troy High School standout Bella Atkinson’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, lost 7-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Arkansas Bears.

The game took place at Farris Fields Complex. This was their third matchup against the Bears this season.

The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 5 p.m. at Eichelberger Field against Illinois Fighting Illini.
