Lake Geneva families are invited to join the Lake Geneva Schools Orchestra program, taught by Lauren Klement, who serves as the orchestra teacher for 4th to 8th-grade students. An Orchestra Rental Night is scheduled for Thursday, May 22, in the LGMS Cafeteria. Attendees have the chance to try instruments and sign up with rental companies. Students and parents are advised against purchasing instruments online.

"Star Center and Eastview Orchestra students will be meeting all together at LGMS under the direction of Mrs. Lauren Klement and Mr. Hunter Aulds," the announcement states.

The Elementary Orchestra meets at LGMS from 7:25 to 8:15 am. Students can either be dropped off or use the LGMS bus service. A shuttle bus will then transport them to their respective schools. Classes are held twice a week. Violins and violas meet on Mondays, cellos and basses on Wednesdays, and 4th-grade orchestra on Thursdays. 5th graders new to the orchestra will join the 4th-grade classes until they reach the expected level.

Participants are encouraged to enroll in the Summer Orchestra, taking place from August 4 to August 21, Monday through Thursday, free of charge.
