Whitewater Times

Third graders at Darien Elementary School recently participated in a fire prevention lesson. The event included a practical experience using the Smokehouse, where students learned how to navigate safely out of a simulated smoke-filled environment. This activity aimed to equip them with essential skills for emergency situations.

Ms. Williams organized the event, and firefighters volunteered their time to educate the students on fire safety. They also demonstrated various firefighting equipment during the session.
