Lake Geneva Schools announced the retirement of several esteemed members, bidding them farewell with best wishes and gratitude. In a statement, Lake Geneva Schools expressed, "Please join us in extending best wishes to our 2024 Lake Geneva Schools retirees! These individuals have been esteemed members of Lake Geneva Schools and will be greatly missed."

The retirees include Sydney Borst, Aide (2014-2024); Diana Burgstede, Psychologist (2017-2024); Greg Bunge, Band Teacher (1995-2024); Alejandro Furio, Spanish Teacher (1994-2024); Tammy Larwa, Math Teacher (2014-2024); Laura Shotliff, English Teacher (1999-2024); Cheryl Shirk, Math Interventionist (2008-2024); Jennifer Straus, Principal (2009-2024); and Berta Zorich, Math Teacher (2002-2024).

In a message of appreciation, Lake Geneva Schools conveyed, "Congratulations to our retirees! We appreciate your years of service and wish you an amazing retirement!"
