Fort HealthCare has received recognition with two Top Workplaces Awards. The organization was honored with the 2025 Top Workplaces Award by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and also secured the 2025 Top Workplaces USA Award by USA Today for the fifth consecutive year.
“Fort HealthCare is an exemplary place to work. To receive numerous Top Workplaces Awards is a testament to the culture we have instilled and nurtured over many years,” remarked Michael Anderson, MD, President and CEO of Fort HealthCare. “We are extremely proud of our Fort HealthCare employees. They are responsible for contributing to and sustaining the supportive workplace environment we have.”
Top Workplaces USA acknowledges organizations with 150 or more employees that foster positive work cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to take part in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners are determined based on employee feedback collected through an engagement survey administered by Energage. This confidential survey evaluates the employee experience at Fort HealthCare, highlighting the perceived engagement, value, respect, and support for employees.
“Earning a Top Workplaces Award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Energage, the company behind the survey, is committed to improving workplaces worldwide.
