The City of Lake Mills Grounds and Facilities Department – Parks Division is seeking to attract professional restauranteurs to provide family style food and beverage services to the public at Sandy Beach Park. This Request for Proposals (RFP) represents a solicitation by the Lake Mills Grounds and Facilities Department - Parks Division. This RFP is intended to encourage professional restauranteurs and food service providers to clearly show that they are qualified, willing and able to develop and operate a restaurant/bar and/or concession facilities, in partnership with the City of Lake Mills, at Sandy Beach Park in the City of Lake Mills, Wisconsin. Copies of the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained on the City of Lake Mills’ website at www.ci.lake-mills.wi.us/SBRFP, by email request to parks@ci.lake-mills.wi.us, or in person at Lake Mills Municipal Offices, 200 Water St, Lake Mills, WI. In order to avoid any potential confusion, and to minimize the burden to Lake Mills Grounds and Facilities Department – Parks Division, the City requires that all questions concerning the RFP must be directed in writing to Eric Schreiner by email at parks@ci.lake-mills.wi.us. Individuals or firms interested in submitting a proposal are asked not to contact other City of Lake Mills employees or Council Members in connection with the RFP. All questions must be submitted on or before February 10, 2022, and all proposals are due on or before February 17, 2022. Any proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
