The public is invited to participate in the Comprehensive Plan and Agricultural Preservation & Land Use Plan process through virtual and in-person activities in July. These opportunities provide a range of options for providing feedback on the recommendations for both planning documents. A virtual open house will be held on July 22nd followed by a question and answer session. An online survey will also be available to provide feedback. The presentation will be recorded and available for viewing. Two in-person open houses will be held on July 28th and 29th to provide in-person feedback and participate in engagement activities.

To join one of the IN-PERSON OPEN HOUSES on July 28th or 29th, come to the County Fair Park between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. to participate.

The same information and engagement activities will be available across all meetings. The presentation will include an update of the planning process and identified issues and opportunities for the future of Jefferson County. Attendees are invited to participate in a range of activities that will focus on the key themes identified in the plan and future implementation actions. County Staff and the Consultant Team will be on hand to answer questions and discuss the plan. Input received from the open houses will help guide the updates to these two important plans.
