Whitewater announces winter parking restrictions from November 1 to March 31

Winter parking restrictions will take effect in Whitewater starting November 1, 2025, and will remain in place until March 31, 2026. The City of Whitewater has announced that during this period, parking is not allowed on any city street between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

There are exceptions to the rule. Physicians and surgeons on emergency call are exempt. Additionally, downtown parking is permitted after 5:00 a.m., and special permission may be granted in advance by the Public Works Director.

Violations of these rules will result in fines and enforcement according to Municipal Code Sections 11.56.010(4) and (5). Brad Marquardt, Director of Public Works, is listed as a contact for further information.
