Watertown High School has named Davis Cashin, Delia Meier, and Lillian Small as the Watertown Rotary Club outstanding seniors for December 2025.
The recognition highlights the students’ achievements in academics, athletics, extracurricular activities, and community service. As part of this honor, each student will attend weekly Rotary Club meetings on Mondays to celebrate their accomplishments and engage with local leaders. The initiative aims to strengthen ties between the high school and the broader Watertown community.
Davis Cashin is recognized for his participation in football, basketball, and plans to join baseball in the spring to become a four-year, three-sport athlete. He is involved in the National Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society. Cashin also takes part in Athletic Leadership, serves on the Principal’s Advisory Group, and volunteers as a youth coach with Watertown Park & Rec. He plans to attend a four-year college and compete in either football or baseball.
Delia Meier has been active for three years in HOSA (Future Health Professionals), INTERACT (Student Rotary), and Girls Tennis. She is also engaged with National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society, Ecology Club, and works as a sales associate at Johnson Creek Outlet Mall. Meier intends to attend a four-year university with aspirations for medical school and military service after graduation.
Lillian Small has participated for four years in WHS Music Program activities such as Band, Choir, Show Choir, and Spring Musical. She holds leadership roles in the Watertown FFA Chapter as Reporter and Treasurer and competes on the Parliamentary Procedure Team. Small is also involved in Forensics, Academic Decathlon—earning recognition—National Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, Model United Nations, Ixonia Victory 4-H, Junior Wisconsin Meat Goat Association, and National Call Breeders of America. She works as a hostess at Donny’s restaurant. Small plans to study Genetics at UW-Madison to pursue a career as a Genetic Counselor.
