Watertown High School recently recognized its 2024 Badger State representatives. Aiden Miller, sponsored by the Watertown Rotary Club; Remington Kilps, sponsored by the American Legion Post 189; and Jackson Huebner, sponsored by the Watertown Lions Club, are attending Badger Boys State at UW-Eau Claire this week, June 9-15.

Aubrey Keddington, sponsored by the American Legion Post 189 Auxiliary, will be attending Badger Girls State at UW-Oshkosh from June 16–21.

Badger State is a weeklong leadership opportunity where junior students learn about governance and citizenship. Its purpose includes instilling a greater understanding of American traditions and stimulating a desire to maintain a democratic government process.
