The Village of Darien announced on Apr. 3 that the 2026 Board of Review will be held on Monday, May 11, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Board Room located at 24 N. Wisconsin Street, Darien, Wisconsin.
The Board of Review is an annual event where property owners can review and discuss their property assessments with village officials. This process allows residents to address any concerns or questions regarding their assessments and ensures transparency in the valuation process.
According to the announcement, the Village Assessor will be available for Open Book discussions or questions via telephone at 920-749-1995 on Monday, April 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Property owners are encouraged to use this opportunity if they have inquiries about their assessment prior to the formal review session.
The Assessment Roll will be accessible for public review beginning Monday, April 20, during regular hours at Village Hall and also online through both the village’s website and Associate Appraisal Consultants’ website by clicking “AAC Assessment Roll.” This availability gives residents multiple ways to examine their property information ahead of time.
The scheduled Board of Review offers an official channel for addressing disputes or confirming property valuations as part of standard municipal procedures.
