The Town of Delavan announced on April 2 that its Town Hall Office and Public Works Drop Off Site will be closed on Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday.
The closure affects regular municipal services, but the town stated there is one exception. The Town Clerk will be available specifically for new voter registration. In the morning, registration will take place at Waters Edge. In the afternoon, residents are asked to call 262-728-3471 and select option 8 for assistance.
Additionally, officials said that in-person absentee voting will end on Thursday, April 2 at 4:00 PM.
These adjustments are being made to accommodate both the holiday and upcoming election needs.
