On July 21, 2025, Lake Geneva Schools will experience a temporary disruption in their phone systems due to a scheduled upgrade. This affects all schools within the district including Badger High School, Lake Geneva Middle School, Star Center Elementary, Eastview Elementary, and Central-Denison Elementary.

The planned upgrade involves replacing the outdated telephone system with new handsets and installing a new headend system. The redesign of auto-attendant features aims to enhance usability. Additionally, the update will ensure compliance with E911 regulations and introduce new communication tools for both staff and families.

James Adams, Director of Technology at Lake Geneva Schools, has requested that calls be postponed until after the completion of this upgrade. He expressed gratitude for understanding and support during this essential process.
