East Troy Community School District recently issued the following announcement.
As part of the state accountability system, the DPI produces report cards for every publicly funded school and district in WI. These report cards include data on multiple indicators.
Student safety is our main concern in making a decision relating to school delays or school closings. When inclement weather requires the closing of school, delayed starts, or early release, families will be alerted through the Skylert notification system. Information will also be available on the district website and the local TV stations. If a decision is made to close school for the day or to close school early due to inclement weather, all after school practices and evening activities/events will be canceled.
