City of Lake Mills issued the following announcement on October 18.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Conditional Use Request has been received from applicant Jim Triatik, architect/builder on behalf of owner Neal Ruffing, for Motor Vehicle Service and Repair to 321 E Tyranena Rd, Lake Mills, Wisconsin, and identified by Parcel Identification No. 246-0713-1213-002. A map of the property can be viewed at the City Clerk’s office, 200 Water St., Lake Mills, WI.
The Plan Commission will receive public comment at a special meeting to be held Tuesday, October 26, 2021, 7:00 P.M. at the Lake Mills City Council Chambers, 200 Water Street, Lake Mills, WI. This public hearing may also be available virtually.
