According to the notice, no business will be transacted and no actions will be taken during this meeting. It is intended solely as a planning session.
Ashley Dewart, Clerk-Treasurer of the Town of Spring Prairie, stated: “Requests from persons with disabilities who need assistance to participate in this meeting or hearing should be made to the Clerk’s office with as much advance notice as possible.”
