Lakeland Health Care Center Q4 2023’s largest nursing home in Walworth County

In the fourth quarter of 2023, Lakeland Health Care Center stood out as the largest nursing home in Walworth County, according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).

Data shows that the nursing center had a total of 90 beds available, 31 more than the average in Walworth County as of the fourth quarter of 2023. They aided an average of 78.2 residents during that period.

Lakeland Health Care Center boasted an overall rating of 4 from the CMS, which is higher than the average of 3.1 recorded for nursing homes in Wisconsin.

During the quarter, Holton Manor|Geneva Lake Manor stood out as the second largest nursing homes in Walworth County, with 60 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Lakeland Health Care Center has spent a total of $655 in one fine and suffered one penalty.

But when you need that type of care, there are limited options.”
