The City of Elkhorn has announced that nomination papers for the 2026 Spring Election can be circulated starting December 1, 2025. Candidates interested in running for office must submit their paperwork by 5:00 pm on Tuesday, January 6, 2026.
Positions open for re-election include Mayor and Aldermanic seats for Districts 3, 4, and 6. The nomination packet is available under the “Files” section on the city’s website.
